Jenny’s Blondies and Cookies – May 2020
Our Creative Schools’ fun continued this month with Jenny, of The Dublin Cookie Company. This time our children made Blondies, Chocolate-Chip Cookies and Sugar Cookies with various creative twists. A great way to to begin the Bank Holiday weekend!
Róisín’s Oat- and Sunflower-Seed Crackers – May 2020
Thanks to Róisín, of Mess Chef, in collaboration with the Arts Council and Creative Schools, for the wonderful virtual lessons showing our pupils, and families, how to make oat and sunflower-seed crackers. We may be all apart but the virtual lessons and videos brought us all together. Thanks Róisín.
