Following last week’s nature treasure trail Rosemary’s class celebrated Tree Day on Thursday 10th of October. We went on a tree trail and while running around looking at all the beautiful trees around our school yard we learned about tree names, animals that need trees and wondered about the different shaped leaves. Many interesting questions were asked and answered.

We came back with tree bark rubbings and a leaf collection for our nature table. Afterwards we pondered together what the world would be like if we wouldn’t have any trees – and we all agreed it wouldn’t be nice, so we need to keep our trees healthy!
