The Blessington Educate Together NS annual Halloween party kicked off in great style with our Halloween parade. There were vampires , skeletons and all sorts of grim reapers and power rangers! The children had a great day at their Halloween party! They put on a wonderful performance of their Halloween song Winnie the Witch and said their Halloween poem in both English and Irish poems.  The senior class read fantastic spooky poems which they composed themselves!

We were delighted to receive a visit from Mr Billy Timmons TD, who had a quick word with all of us and answered our questions. Later on we were delighted to welcome parents, our school manager Sarah and our local Independent Councillor Jim Ruttle to our Halloween party and performance.

As always a huge thanks to the parents for organising the decorations, games and party food.
